jitaace3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform serving English-speaking players in the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jitaace3.

1.2 Platform Availability

Any account found to be using prohibited strategies will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings may be voided pending investigation.

jitaace3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account closure is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a formal request.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Operation of duplicate or linked accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
• Confirmed or suspected use of automated betting tools, bots, or prohibited strategies.
• Confirmed or suspected collusion, match-fixing, or fraud.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Abusive or threatening conduct directed at jitaace3 staff or other users.
• Persistent breach of responsible gaming obligations where jitaace3 deems closure to be in the interest of the player's wellbeing.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jitaace3 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@jitaace3. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, jitaace3 reserves the right to void associated winnings and return only the original deposited stake after deducting any amounts directly attributable to the breach.
